This is not meant to be a beating, but rather a tool to give you some help in reading and understanding God’s word. If you miss a day, and can “catch up: by doubling up, then sweet. If you can’t read on certain days, adjust the schedule to fit your life. I think you will find the schedule pretty easy to maintain if you keep just a bit of discipline.

Psalm 140 is a prayer for protection against evil. Psalm 141 is a prayer for sanctification. Psalm 142 is prayer for deliverance in calamity. Psalm 143 is a prayer for guidance.
Saturday: Psalm 144 – 147
Psalm 144 is a prayer for protection and deliverance. Psalm 145 is a praise of God’s goodness. Psalm 146 is a praise of God for His help. Psalm 147 is a praise for God’s restoration of His people.
Sunday: Psalm 148 – 150
Psalm 148 is a call to praise sent out to all creation. Psalm 149 is a call to praise to all Israel. Psalm 150 is a call to praise God always.
